Tiraz Centre is pleased to host the launch of Returning by Palestinian artist, curator, and art historian Vera Tamari. The book draws on family archives and photographs from Tamari’s father, documenting life in Jerusalem and Jaffa before 1948, and reflects on memory, displacement, and the idea of return through a deeply personal and visual narrative. Through this work, Tamari brings together personal and collective histories, offering a layered reflection on place, continuity, and loss.
